Used the automatic car wash 2/6/17 5:45pm. Put in $20 and nothing I did would give me change. I looked for a phone number. Nothing. Searched online and found one. It just kept ringing. I found a website and clicked contact us. Blank. I'd like my change, please....
Nearly impossible to pull up properly to make your selections. Situated so your mirror would hit before you get close.
I only go here on once in a while but frequent issues. Broken vacuum, machine not accepting coins I just got from the change machine, no soap in the pressure wash line. I've had multiple instances where the change machine shorted me or did not dispense any change. Left a note and never heard anything.
Very unhappy with wash. Brand new vehicle, some dust and leaves not actual dirt at all. Came out with leaf marks still there, film on everything, cloudy, glass all clouded. Would seem the water or such was not good quality? Something is wrong . Purchased best wash, could have gotten cleaner with hose I believe. I thought the point of an auto car wash was to get high quality water, filtered maybe? Proper hardness? Water did not even bead up and run off. The cost would make you think it may be a good wash. The only good thing was the fragrance, and I'm not so sure that's a good thing either. Better do a quality check, hope the water isn't recycled/ poorly functioning. These days, word travels fast.
