Even though we ordered online, when got to the store they told my husband they couldn't find our order and that were making it now. When i went in 10 minutes later they "found" our order in the hot box. When i told the clerk how annoying this was after ordering it and driving 25 minutes to get it the manager told me I was being rude. I told her that I was being honest and that they just lost a customer. She needs to go back to management school! Next time we will go to the bridgeton location.
Pizza was not hot and tasted old. Pizza was not even cut all the way through had to rip it. Was very disappointed the best thing about the wjole meal was the Pepsi and thats sad wont be returning to that location.
Can't stand Pizza Hut pizza way too much sauce never cooked enough
Worst pizza I have ever had! Not one to normally complain but the crust was crunchy and thin has a cracker and hardly any cheese or sauce. It was truly tasteless. I won't return as a customer.
