Don't hire them, no matter what! I'm a long distance property owner and I only learned recently that they have NO SIGNS up on my property, after 6 months and multiple complaints to Jeff, the realtor I was dealing w/. They put no signs up and he hasn't even seen the property in at least 5 mths. Jeff, the realtor, lied to me several times telling me signs were up -- however, I have neighbors. They have emailed and called me occasionally over the past 6 mths and they always tell me they drive by the property every day and there is NOT ONE SINGLE SIGN. So either my neighbors have taken it upon themselves to contact me and tell me blatant lies, or Jeff, the realtor who knows I'm 400 miles away and not driving by the property, is lying to me. I wonder, wonder, who I should trust? Next door neighbors or the liar Jeff who has no signs on my property and tells me he hasn't driven by my property in 5 mths?
